Legacy Forge is happy to accommodate purchases through our layaway plan. Layaway purchases require a 20% non-refundable deposit. Layaways that are custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Layaways must be paid in full no later than one calendar year from the date of the original purchase to avoid an interest charge. Final due date for layaways is three calendar years from the date of the original purchase.

Layaways can be cancelled at any time. If cancellation occurs, an in-store credit will be held for any monies paid above the initial non-refundable deposit paid by the customer to Legacy Forge. The piece in layaway will be put back into available stock. This in-store credit may be used at any time for up to two years after the cancellation date towards another purchase from Legacy Forge. Layaways are non-transferable.

If the balance due is not paid in full on or before the end of one calendar year, a 4% interest charge will be added to the remaining balance of the layaway. A 4% interest charge based on the remaining balance will be assessed annually until the balance due is paid in full. If the balance due is not paid in full on or before three years from the calendar date of the original purchase, your layaway account will become in-active and the piece in layaway will be put back on the market. Any monies paid towards the layaway will be forfeit.

Layaway payments can be made the following ways: MC, VISA, American Express, Discover, or ACH bank transfer through our Quickbooks system or PayPal. Visit for these options. By mail a check/money order to Legacy Forge, Attn: Layaway Payments, 492 Cordes Dr, Venus Tx 76084. Payments must be made payable to Legacy Forge. After your final payment is made, an electronic invoice for shipping will be sent to your email. Your item will be shipped 3-7 business days after your shipping invoice is paid. Layaways can be picked up at a show if arranged for in writing via email to two weeks in advance of the opening date of the show at which you wish to pick up the item. Any layaways requested for pick up at a show after the opening date of the show will incur a shipping fee and can take up to two weeks after request to be available for pick up.

Please enter the amount you wish to pay at checkout.  Change the quantity to your payment amount, and hit “Update”.  Then you can complete your payment through PayPal.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to complete the payment.
