All steel pieces are combat ready.
All steel pieces come with a lifetime warranty, including sparring, fighting, and stage combat.
Cast bronze pieces and wood hafts are not covered by a lifetime warranty.

If you sharpen the blade yourself or have it sharpened by anyone besides Legacy Forge, the lifetime warranty is void.

Lifetime guarantee does not cover intentional breakage, misuse, and/or negligence of our products, or acts of God.

Legacy Forge produces blades for collectors, sparring, and stage combat.
We also make and sell knives and axes for camping, hunting, and general use.
If you, or anyone else, gets hurt, you are misusing our product.
If you choose to have a sharpened blade, you assume all responsibility and liability for its use or misuse.

By purchasing merchandise from Legacy Forge, you agree to comply with Festival rules and keep the
item(s) inside the sheath or cardboard while you are on Festival grounds for safety reasons. You are not
allowed to take item(s) out of the sheath until you have left the Festival property.

Steel items must be kept oiled to prevent rust and other damage to the blade. Rust and damage caused by lack of maintenance are not covered by the lifetime guarantee.
Blades should not be stored long-term in a sheath. Bronze items may patina over time.
Care kits to maintain and clean your blade can be purchased at a Legacy Forge booth or in our online store.

In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be shipped to the Forge within thirty (30) days of purchase date with a copy of the original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in original condition. 
A 15% restocking fee applies.  No refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
